Too many puffles?

Hey guys!
Sorry that I didn't post anything for a long time (again) but anyway thank you Club Penguin for extending the rainbow puffle event I manage to get a rainbow puffle!:) But now I have another problem i can't seem to adopt a alien puffle for the operation crustacean that is going on but they said I have maximum puffles! The free rainbow and gold puffle events were fine so why can't I get this one?
             

Anyway, I will be away for two weeks starting tomorrow so see you guys later!

Hey guys! As most of you already know that its the end of May and that is BAD NEWS! In the Club Penguin app you can get a free rainbow puffle. But I can't get the app because i'm in brunei!

The EPF test should come back
